These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DOPE. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
DOPE is an AI-powered informational agent that helps users navigate prediction markets. Users can ask DOPE questions about live events, explore market odds, and build Stacks — multi-leg parlay combinations across sports and current events. DOPE provides deep links to Polymarket and other third-party prediction market exchanges for execution.

The content and outputs provided through the Service — including market data, odds, probabilities, Stacks, suggestions, and any agent responses — are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument, security, contract, or position.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions. You should conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making any decision based on information obtained through the Service.
DOPE relies on artificial intelligence, automated systems, and third-party data sources. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, and market data may not reflect real-time conditions. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content or output. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying or acting on it.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Prediction markets, event contracts, and related activities are regulated or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Service and any third-party platform is lawful in your location, and for complying with all applicable laws. We make no representation that the Service or any linked third-party platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Access may be restricted or prohibited for certain persons or in certain jurisdictions.
DOPE is passwordless. Account creation and sign-in use passkey credentials generated by your device under the WebAuthn/FIDO2 standard. You are responsible for maintaining control of the devices and credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account or devices.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, the DOPE name and brand, and all related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Dope Markets LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Market data and content sourced from third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
The Service contains deep links to and integrations with third-party websites, applications, and services, including Polymarket and other prediction market exchanges. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party service, its content, availability, terms, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is solely between you and that third party and is governed by that third party's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for any loss or harm arising from your use of third-party services.
You understand and acknowledge that prediction markets and event contracts involve substantial risk, including the risk of total loss of funds committed on third-party platforms. Any decision you make and any transaction you execute on a third-party platform is made at your own risk and discretion. You assume full responsibility for all such decisions and outcomes, and DOPE has no involvement in, control over, or responsibility for them.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOPE disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or uninterrupted operation of the Service. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Dope Markets LLC or its officers, members, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dope Markets LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
If you download the application from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the following applies. Your use is also subject to the applicable app store's terms of service. These Terms are between you and DOPE only, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC, and neither Apple nor Google is responsible for the application or its content. To the extent the application is provided through the Apple App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the application and are not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and are not listed on any U.S. Government restricted-party list.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you will cease, and the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek relief in small-claims court for qualifying claims. You and DOPE waive any right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action. If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the Service.
